Wisewoman is dedicated to empowering low-income, uninsured, and underinsured women aged 40-64 in Trenton, MI, and throughout Wayne County by providing free health screenings and personalized coaching. Our mission is to support women in making small yet impactful changes to improve their health. Through comprehensive health intake screenings, goal-setting sessions, and consistent follow-ups with our caring health coaches, we aim to nurture each participant’s journey toward better well-being. Our health coaches can connect you with valuable community-based lifestyle programs, including the Diabetes Prevention Program, and Wisewoman covers costs for these essential services.
