Healthy Youth, Healthy Futures Summer Program

The Healthy Youth, Healthy Futures Summer Program in Trenton, MI, offers a vibrant and free summer experience for young individuals aged 12-25 across Washtenaw County, Canton, and Belleville. Our mission is to promote nutrition, physical health, and active lifestyles through engaging education and fun activities. Participants will benefit from cooking sessions, fitness meet-ups, and an exciting field trip, all designed to empower them with healthy eating habits and physical well-being. With a blend of Zoom and in-person gatherings at Riverside Park in Ypsilanti, young people can register for individual sessions or the entire program, earning Farmer's Market Tokens for each session they attend. As an added incentive, participation in consecutive sessions enters their names in a raffle for fabulous prizes, making health education a rewarding adventure.
