Lauren Berthelot

Lauren Berthelot is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist who views counseling as a collaborative effort. Her primary goal is to provide the support, insight, and guidance necessary to help clients achieve their personal therapeutic goals. She meets individuals where they are emotionally and works with them to create a tailored treatment plan that reflects their unique life circumstances. Lauren believes that fostering a sense of safety, understanding, and empowerment is paramount to the therapeutic process. She is trained in a variety of modalities, with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (E.M.D.R) being the primary intervention she utilizes. E.M.D.R. enables clients to reprocess traumatic memories, allowing them to break free from the impacts of trauma, anxiety, phobias, depression, grief, stress, and other life-limiting symptoms. Recognizing that everyone faces struggles, Lauren provides unbiased, confidential support to help individuals navigate these challenges. She considers it a privilege to understand and work with the inner lives of those she serves, dedicating her best efforts to each client she encounters.
