Julie Grant

Julie Grant is a dedicated licensed professional counselor who understands that life can be challenging, and at times, individuals need guidance to rediscover their own strengths and resources. It is her privilege to walk alongside clients as they journey towards healing, strength, and hope. Julie collaborates closely with clients to identify their psychological, spiritual, physical, and social needs, helping them work towards the goals they set for themselves. Her counseling specialties reflect her commitment to individualized care and are listed for reference. In addition to counseling, her coaching specialties include stress management, body language expertise, habit design to boost productivity, creativity coaching, and enhancing relationship skills. Julie also provides supervision for LLPCs in Michigan. Recognizing that each person is unique, she employs an integrated and personalized approach that assists clients in understanding underlying wounds and trauma, regaining control, and effectively coping with the demands of daily life and relationships. Utilizing techniques from cognitive, behavioral, spiritual, relational, and somatic therapies—such as EFT and EMDR—she adapts her methods to suit the needs of each individual. As a person of faith, Julie believes in the inherent value and potential of every individual, affirming that everyone possesses worth, strengths, and abilities that lay the foundation for hope, healing, and growth.
