MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Traverse City, MI, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized and accessible weight management solutions. Our mission focuses on annually screening all Veterans who receive care at VA facilities for obesity and providing tailored referrals to appropriate weight management services. We offer a variety of treatment options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those needing additional assistance after trying other methods.
