Home Delivered Meals

Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) serves the Traverse City, MI community by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals designed to support the health and well-being of individuals. Our programs cater to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as self-paying individuals seeking nutritious meal options. Each meal is carefully planned by a Registered Dietitian to align with specific dietary needs, addressing 36 medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L also facilitates access to Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, empowering clients to make informed choices about their health. To participate in our meal delivery service, individuals may consult with their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging to determine eligibility, while self-pay options are available at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. At N4L, we are dedicated to fostering lifelong nutrition and delivering care through our meals.
