MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Swartz Creek, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing personalized referrals to a variety of tailored weight management services. Participants can choose from group sessions, telephonic lifestyle coaching, and in-home support via TeleMOVE! For those who prefer independent management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options for Veterans who have struggled with overweight issues despite previous interventions.
