Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels in Swartz Creek, MI, is dedicated to ensuring that seniors and home-bound individuals receive nourishment and care through our home-delivered meal service. We provide hot, prepared meals directly to your door, along with supplemental frozen meals for weekends, ensuring that our recipients have access to nutritious food every day. Each client is paired with a caring case manager who assesses their needs and eligibility, offering support throughout the process. While a suggested donation of $2.00 is welcomed to support our mission, it is not mandatory. Together, we work to combat food insecurity and enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals in the Genesee, Lapeer, and Shiawassee County areas.
