Home Delivered Meal Program

In Swartz Creek, Michigan, the Home Delivered Meal Program by GCCARD is dedicated to supporting homebound seniors aged 60 and above by providing nutritious meals delivered right to their doorsteps, up to seven days a week. We understand the importance of maintaining independence and ensuring access to healthy food, which is why our service is designed to offer both convenience and care for those who may otherwise struggle to prepare meals. While we welcome donations to help sustain our program, they are entirely optional, allowing us to extend our reach and support to as many seniors as possible.
