Located in Sterling Heights, MI, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing exceptional Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals in need. Our services cater to those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option. Each meal is thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to support the health and well-being of our clients, addressing specific dietary needs for conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully designed to be free of dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those on Medicaid or the Older Americans Act programs, eligibility for meal delivery varies, but assistance is available through your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check if their plans cover meals, while those without coverage can utilize our self-pay option for just $7.75 per meal. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
