MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Saline, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with tailored support to address their individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! options, which provide in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-directed management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need extra assistance after participating in our program.
