In Saline, MI, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health through our Home Delivered Meals program, providing nutritious and medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian. Our service is available to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act, ensuring those in need receive meals that align with their specific health requirements, including conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. N4L meals are crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork for optimal safety and dietary adherence. For those who may not qualify for assistance, our self-pay option allows individuals to enjoy the convenience of selecting their meals at an affordable rate. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling.
