Nightingales Harvest is a vital food and toiletry pantry located in Saint Joseph, MI, dedicated to supporting families affected by cancer. We recognize that access to nutritious food and essential hygiene products is crucial for patients undergoing treatment, as proper nutrition can significantly enhance recovery and overall well-being. As the only free cancer family pantry in the area, we strive to fill a critical gap in services by providing both perishable and non-perishable food items, personal care essentials, and home cleaning supplies at no cost to cancer households across Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan. What sets Nightingales Harvest apart is our personal approach; we conduct home visits to assess the needs of each patient, offer home delivery of essential items, and connect families with additional community resources. Our services are available during treatment and continue for up to three months afterward, ensuring that families have the support they need during this challenging time. We collaborate with cancer agencies, healthcare providers, and encourage self-referrals, creating a network of care that prioritizes the health and dignity of our clients.
