At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Saint Clair Shores, MI, we are dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. Catering to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, we offer meals specifically designed by a Registered Dietitian to meet individualized nutritional needs for various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safe consumption for our clients. For those who do not qualify for government assistance or prefer a self-pay option, we provide an easy-to-navigate program at just $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to select their meals and delivery schedule. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our community's health needs.
