MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Saginaw, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to address obesity by screening every Veteran who visits VA facilities, providing personalized referrals to weight management resources, and offering a variety of treatment options tailored to individual needs. Veterans can engage in group sessions, receive telephone lifestyle coaching, or utilize TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need further assistance after participating in MOVE!.
