The Saginaw Food Pantry is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals facing hunger in Saginaw, MI. We strive to ensure that no one goes without the nourishment they need by offering emergency food supplies. Our pantry is open to low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and anyone in need of support. Each visit allows clients to receive enough food for three meals a day for three days, including vital protein sources like chicken and eggs. We also distribute personal care items when available. Clients are welcome to access our services once every 60 days, with the necessary documentation including identification for all household members and proof of address. In collaboration with MSU Home Extension Services, we occasionally provide free nutrition classes at the pantry, empowering clients to learn about healthy eating and cooking. Our mission is rooted in compassion and urgency, ensuring that everyone in our community has access to the food they require.
