Shura Eagen

Shura Eagen, a Licensed Professional Counselor, is dedicated to guiding individuals towards a sense of wholeness, authenticity, and freedom. Shura's work focuses on helping clients feel more embodied and alive, facilitating healing from past trauma through a deeply relational, somatic psychotherapy approach. As an experienced Breathwork facilitator and circle holder, she is committed to creating a safe environment where clients can navigate their past wounds and emerge as their most vibrant and essential selves. Her passion lies in assisting individuals in releasing old wounds and rooting themselves to rebirth their true selves, all while expanding into their visions of thriving. Utilizing an integrative model, Shura blends mindfulness, existential frameworks, attachment-focused strategies, and trauma-informed practices with present-moment awareness to optimize healing and wholeness. With advanced training in Hakomi mindfulness therapy and Experiential Attachment Psychotherapy, she has incorporated Breathwork Journeys into her practice. Shura is currently transitioning her office location and primarily serves clients in the Ann Arbor area, initially offering telehealth sessions. She invites individuals on their journey of growth and healing to explore her services further.
