Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, and we provide personalized referrals to a variety of effective weight management services tailored to individual needs and preferences. Our offerings include supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app equips Veterans with the tools for independent management of their weight. Additionally, for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To begin your journey with MOVE!, simply connect with your local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider who can assist you in accessing our services.
