We specialize in providing Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet specific nutritional needs for a range of health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals prioritize health; they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they cater to various dietary restrictions. We offer meal delivery to clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, as well as those eligible under the Older Americans Act. For those without a qualifying health plan, we provide a self-pay option, allowing you to choose every meal for just $7.75 each, making healthy eating accessible and convenient. Whether through government assistance or our self-pay program, our mission is to deliver nutritious meals that support your health journey, one meal at a time.
