Open Door’s Client-Choice Food Pantry in Rochester, MI, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and personal care items to men, women, children, and seniors facing financial hardships. Our mission is to support families and individuals who struggle to secure enough food due to limited resources, including low-income households, single parents, unemployed individuals, seniors, and disabled veterans. We offer nutritious food and necessary care items, ensuring that everyone who needs help receives it, regardless of their background. To utilize our services, clients must bring a picture ID, proof of residency, household income documentation, and child custody verification when applicable. In addition to food assistance, clients are also provided with a voucher to shop in our resale store four times a year or as needed. We are currently operating a drive-thru food distribution model to prioritize health and safety during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and we invite you to visit us to access these vital resources.
