Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our older adults in Pontiac, MI, through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet specific dietary needs for various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. These meals are carefully crafted to ensure they are free from common allergens such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, promoting health without compromising taste. Our program is available to those covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. For individuals lacking coverage, we offer an affordable self-pay option for just $7.75 per meal. N4L believes in empowering our clients and their caregivers with nutritious meal choices while supporting their health journey with additional services like Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling.
