Frank Rubino

Frank Rubino is a Master’s Level clinical psychologist specializing in therapy for adolescents and adults across diverse challenges. He adeptly assists individuals grappling with substance abuse, trauma, addictive behaviors such as pornography, sex, eating, gambling, and video games, along with areas of communication, sports performance, anger, and work-related concerns. With a unique sensitivity to the needs of first responders and veterans, Frank has a profound impact on individuals from all walks of life. Alongside his therapy practice, he serves as a professor at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, contributing to both the Justice and Public Policy and Psychology departments. Frank is a well-respected figure in law enforcement training, teaching and presenting at Police Academy training centers throughout the state. His expertise has brought him to various television and radio platforms, where he shares insights on psychology and law enforcement. He co-hosts a weekly radio show on the Lucy Ann Lance Show on 1290am and also leads a podcast, Beyond the Badge Radio, on iHeart Radio.
