Healthy Youth, Healthy Futures Summer Program

The Healthy Youth, Healthy Futures Summer Program in Plymouth, MI, offers a vibrant and free opportunity for young people aged 12 to 25 in Washtenaw County, Canton, and Belleville to thrive during the summer months. Our mission is centered on promoting nutrition, physical health, and active lifestyles, providing engaging educational sessions focused on healthy eating and exercise. Participants can enjoy hands-on activities such as cooking classes, exercise meet-ups, and an exciting field trip. The program features a blend of Zoom and in-person sessions hosted at Riverside Park in Ypsilanti. By registering for our sessions—either individually or for the entire program—participants earn Farmer's Market Tokens with each attendance. Plus, consecutive attendance enters participants into a raffle for a fantastic grand prize, making every session rewarding and fun.
