Nurse-Family Partnership is dedicated to empowering first-time mothers in Oak Park, MI, and surrounding areas such as Pontiac, Southfield, Hazel Park, and Madison Heights. Our unique program provides home visits from a qualified public health nurse for expectant mothers who are less than 28 weeks pregnant, continuing through to their child's second birthday. Our nurses offer essential support to promote healthy pregnancies and the well-being of your baby while helping you to develop parenting skills, create a safe home environment, and establish a network of community resources. We are here to assist you with referrals for healthcare, childcare, and job training, alongside encouraging your educational pursuits and personal goals. With a focus on nurturing families and fostering a brighter future, we stand by you every step of the way.
