Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) provides essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for residents of Northville, MI, who are eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, or the Older Americans Act. Our carefully planned meals, designed by a Registered Dietitian, address the nutritional needs of clients with specific health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L serves Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, and for those without insurance coverage, our affordable self-pay program at $7.75 per meal ensures access to nutritious options with the flexibility to choose meals and delivery schedules. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping clients navigate their health with tailored nutritional support.
