Located in Muskegon, MI, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We proudly serve eligible clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those interested in our accessible self-pay program. Our meals are designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific nutrient needs of clients dealing with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, and are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, eligibility for meal delivery varies, and we encourage you to consult with your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should check their plan materials to see if meal support is included. For individuals seeking meal delivery without government assistance, we offer a flexible self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. In addition to our meal programs, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our community's health.
