Home Delivered Meals

At Nutrition for Longevity in Midland, MI, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide both Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals receiving Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services, and supports, as well as those benefiting from the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to meet specific nutrient requirements, supporting clients with a variety of medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, catering to diverse dietary needs. For those without coverage, we offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing individuals to select their meals and enjoy the convenience of delivery. If you are unsure about eligibility, we encourage you to reach out to your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, extending our commitment to health through targeted nutritional support.
