Wisewoman is dedicated to empowering low-income, uninsured, and underinsured women aged 40-64 in Livonia, MI, by providing free health screenings and personalized coaching. Our mission is to facilitate small, sustainable healthy changes through comprehensive health intake screenings, goal-setting, and ongoing support from experienced health coaches. Each participant receives tailored follow-up, including text and phone support, to ensure they stay on track. Wisewoman also offers referrals to community-based lifestyle programs, such as the Diabetes Prevention Program, covering associated costs to enhance access to vital resources.
