Mahrley Teachworth

Mahrley Teachworth, MA, LLPC, is a compassionate Limited License Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan, who earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Huntington University. With a rich background of five years in a youth treatment facility for abused and neglected teenage boys as a Residential Case Manager, she has a profound understanding of trauma, having supported youth through various challenges including abuse, grief, and attachment issues. Mahrley also works extensively with young adults and adults, guiding them through struggles related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, body image concerns, and abuse histories. She views her role in the therapeutic process as a supportive ally, helping clients to see their experiences from a fresh perspective while serving as an objective sounding board. Her work has instilled in her the belief that there is always hope, even in the face of debilitating mental health challenges. Mahrley knows that reaching out can be daunting, but she believes each individual is worth the investment in their mental health.
