Home Delivered Meals

In Lansing, MI, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly provides Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals designed to support the unique nutritional needs of eligible clients, including those covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our program focuses on promoting general health and well-being, offering meals that cater to 36 medical indications such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, all while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, we encourage checking with your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging to determine eligibility. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should consult their plan materials to see if meal delivery is included. Additionally, N4L offers a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, allowing those without eligible health plans to access our convenient services. Alongside nutritious meals, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring comprehensive support for healthier living.
