Higher Ground is dedicated to empowering youth ages 12 to 17 and their families in Lansing, MI, as well as Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties. We offer vital crisis intervention and non-residential prevention counseling to ensure that young individuals can navigate life’s challenges with support. Our comprehensive case management services and temporary housing shelter provide a safe haven for those in need. We encourage our residents to take advantage of our additional services, which include individual counseling focused on nutrition, personal safety, medication management, and life skills development such as communication, employment readiness, budgeting, and parenting support. Our professional staff is available 24/7 to offer crisis counseling and practical assistance, ensuring that every child and family has the resources they need to thrive.
