Clothes Closet and Food Pantry

The Clothes Closet and Food Pantry in Lake Orion, MI, operated by the dedicated Ladies of Charity, is committed to providing essential clothing and emergency food assistance to those in need. Located on the serene campus of St. Hugo of the Hills Parish, we work closely with social workers to fulfill thousands of requests, ensuring that families receive the support they need to maintain their basic nutritional requirements. Our caring environment welcomes individuals seeking help, and we also offer community meals during Easter and Thanksgiving, serving hundreds of families each year. Our doors are open from Labor Day to Memorial Day on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, while during the summer months, we serve Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. We understand that emergencies can arise, so food assistance requests are handled promptly whenever they occur.
