Kelsea Howell is a dedicated counselor with credentials as an LPC and CAADC, who understands that beginning the process of change can be an intimidating and often stressful endeavor. She aims to provide an encouraging and warm environment that fosters change and insight. Specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, Kelsea employs an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to her clients' specific needs. Her focus is not only on reducing symptoms and identifying problematic thinking but also on exploring and healing the underlying issues, emotions, and origins of her clients' presenting concerns.
