Health & Life Skills - Teen SMART Girls

Located in Kalamazoo, MI, the Teen SMART Girls program is dedicated to equipping young women with the skills they need to make informed and healthy choices. Our focus on women's empowerment this summer includes essential discussions on dating violence, the importance of self-respect, establishing healthy relationship boundaries, and self-defense strategies. We foster an environment where girls can grow, learn, and support one another in building a confident, healthy lifestyle.
