MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Jenison, MI, is a dedicated health promotion initiative aimed at enhancing the well-being of Veterans by addressing obesity and promoting healthy living. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and guided to appropriate weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home assistance. Veterans can also take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing persistent weight challenges.
