Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community in Jackson, MI, by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our program focuses on delivering nutritious meals designed by Registered Dietitians to address specific health concerns such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. With meal options that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, we ensure quality and care in every delivery. We cater to Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, as well as individuals seeking self-pay options, providing them the freedom to select meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. At N4L, we are committed to supporting our clients with additional services such as Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, reinforcing our mission to promote health and longevity within our cherished community.
