Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals in Howell, MI, through our Home Delivered Meals service, which offers personalized, medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian. Our program supports eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option for nutritious meal delivery. We specialize in meals that cater to diverse health needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, and more, while ensuring our offerings are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those enrolled in Medicaid or the Older Americans Act programs, we provide meal delivery based on specific eligibility criteria. Medicare Advantage recipients can benefit from our service as part of their post-discharge care, and self-pay individuals can enjoy the convenience of nutritious meals for just $7.75 each, with a flat-rate shipping fee.
