Heidi Sura, a licensed therapist and clinical social worker with an MSW and LLMSW, brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Formerly an English teacher and tutor, Heidi has a passion for listening to stories and assisting individuals in recognizing their strengths, abilities, and goals. With a specialization in trauma during her studies, she has worked with both children and adults, notably at the Northern Michigan Children's Assessment Center in Roscommon and in Adult Services with the dedicated team at DHHS. Her background is diverse, and when she’s not helping others, Heidi enjoys engaging in the Marvel Universe, discussing basketball, and spending Sundays with her family watching football. Currently, Heidi provides telehealth services, allowing clients to connect securely via phone, tablet, or computer, all from the comfort of their own homes. She is committed to creating a non-judgmental and affirming atmosphere where growth is not only possible but inevitable, ensuring that time is set aside for each individual. Clients are encouraged to reach out and share their stories and needs, and to inform her about their insurance plans as she adds new options daily.
