We offer carefully crafted meals by a Registered Dietitian designed to support a variety of health needs, ensuring that clients receive nourishment tailored to promote general well-being and address medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, catering to various dietary restrictions. For those eligible under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery options will largely depend on specific state regulations, so it's recommended to consult with your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can also check if their plans cover meals as part of post-discharge care. Additionally, we provide a self-pay program for individuals looking for the convenience of home-delivered meals without an eligible health plan, priced affordably at $7.75 per meal. N4L further supports its clients through Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritional guidance tailored to their needs.
