City on a Hill Health Clinic is dedicated to providing free medical care for minor injuries and illnesses to the uninsured and underinsured in Holland, MI. Our compassionate, volunteer medical staff offers essential services including treatment for minor health issues, ongoing care for follow-ups, specialized women's health clinics held on the third Thursday of each month, diabetes education, and assistance with health insurance enrollment and referrals to other critical resources. In light of health and safety, we conduct symptom screenings for COVID-19 before appointments and adhere to strict protocols to ensure the well-being of our patients, creating a safe environment for everyone who seeks our care.
