Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) operates in Harrison Township, MI, providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals designed for clients eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or through the Older Americans Act. Our program focuses on delivering nutritionally balanced meals crafted by a Registered Dietitian to support health and wellness, targeting specific medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We cater to dietary restrictions, ensuring meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We serve Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, and our offerings vary by state and program; if you have a Case Manager, they can assist with eligibility. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, some plans include meal delivery, and self-pay individuals can enjoy our meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 each, with a choice of meals and delivery options. In addition to meal services, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, emphasizing comprehensive nutritional support for our community.
