The Healthy Living Program, located in Hamtramck, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of residents in Wayne County by offering a range of essential services. We provide engaging fitness and nutrition classes, along with informative workshops focusing on healthy cooking and mental health awareness. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier lives, and while we currently offer all services remotely due to COVID-19, we remain committed to serving our community with accessible virtual options.
