Caroline Lowry Hall is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC), devoted to guiding individuals through life's challenges and fostering positive change. She partners with her clients to help them cultivate personal fulfillment and achieve a harmonious state of well-being. Caroline enjoys working with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety-related disorders, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and navigating life transitions. Caroline employs an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Humanistic techniques to promote self-awareness and illuminate the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With experience as a teacher, private tutor, and certified school counselor, she is well-equipped to support students from elementary to graduate school who may be grappling with academic stress, bullying, peer relationships, or feelings of overwhelm, which can lead to anxiety, depression, frustration, and isolation. Together, Caroline and her clients will explore effective coping strategies, paving the way to resolution and emotional resilience.
