Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) serves the Grand Blanc, MI community by providing nutritious Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals specifically designed for those eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to various medical conditions, ensuring clients receive the necessary nutrients for optimal health, including those managing Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our kitchen is committed to inclusivity, offering meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L also supports self-pay individuals seeking meal delivery convenience without relying on health plans, with meals priced affordably at $7.75 each. We invite interested individuals to check their benefits with their Case Manager, Medicaid provider, or local Area Agency on Aging to explore meal delivery options tailored to their needs. In addition to meal services, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support a holistic approach to health.
