MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Ferndale, MI, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities has access to annual obesity screenings and tailored weight management options. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides support directly in your home. For those who prefer self-guided assistance, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, our program includes weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further support after participating in MOVE!.
