Located in Ferndale, MI, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing vital Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared by a Registered Dietitian to meet the specific nutrient needs of individuals facing various health challenges, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We cater to Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, and also offer a self-pay program for those who do not qualify for government assistance, with meals priced at a reasonable $7.75 each. N4L is committed to enhancing the well-being of our community with the convenience of home-delivered meals, along with providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to support overall health.
