Nurse-Family Partnership

Located in Fenton, MI, the Nurse-Family Partnership at Hurley Medical Center is dedicated to empowering first-time moms by providing essential support through a free, personalized program. Each participant is paired with a compassionate registered nurse who offers guidance and resources tailored to the unique challenges of motherhood. Our services encompass nutrition and health education, breastfeeding support, parenting and child development education, and assistance in creating a safe home environment. Additionally, we connect moms with valuable referrals for healthcare, childcare, job training, and other community resources to help achieve personal goals.
