Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents of Fenton, MI by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to those in need. We serve individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, ensuring that meals are tailored by a Registered Dietitian to meet specific nutritional needs for health and wellness. Our focus encompasses a variety of medical indications, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, with meals designed to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery services are offered based on state-specific guidelines, while beneficiaries of certain Medicare Advantage plans may also access our meals as part of their care support. Additionally, our self-pay program allows individuals or caregivers the opportunity to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. At N4L, every meal is crafted with care to foster health, with options also available for Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling.
