Lake House Counseling is dedicated to providing compassionate support through individual EMDR therapy and IFS-informated EMDR for adults aged 18 and older. Specializing in trauma and PTSD, mood disorders including anxiety and depression, and adjustment transitions, Lake helps clients navigate challenges such as vocational and academic stressors, relationship distress, and healing from narcissistic abuse. As an EMDRIA certified provider and consultant in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, along with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic/Interpersonal Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lake brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their practice. Recognizing that taking the first step toward treatment and support can be daunting, Lake fosters a collaborative environment where clients can build on their existing strengths and discover new, effective ways to thrive.
