Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) serves the East Lansing, MI community by providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our program focuses on delivering meals designed by Registered Dietitians that address the specific nutrient needs of clients, particularly those managing chronic conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Each meal is meticulously prepared to be free from common allergens including dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and nutritional balance. We cater to beneficiaries of Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, and those enrolled in select Medicare Advantage plans. Additionally, we offer an accessible self-pay program for individuals who wish to experience the convenience of home-delivered meals without prior eligibility, at just $7.75 per meal plus a flat rate shipping fee. Alongside our meal services, N4L also specializes in Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, providing comprehensive support for those seeking enhanced health through diet.
